Germany – Financial leasing services – Rahmenvereinbarung über das Leasing von Fahrrädern für die Beschäftigten des Landes Schleswig-Holstein mittels Entgelt- bzw. Gehaltsumwandlung

The State of Schleswig-Holstein currently offers its civil servants and employees under collective agreements in the state administration the possibility of salary or wage conversion for the purpose of bicycle leasing. The current framework agreement expires on 31 August 2026. With the aim of continuing to offer the approximately 70,000 active employees a financially attractive option to switch to or start using emission-free transport and to make an active contribution to climate protection, it is intended to conclude a new framework agreement for the leasing of bicycles together with a further framework service agreement for the handling of bicycle leasing. This results in a maximum quantity of 18,000 leased bicycles that can be procured through the framework contract, assuming maximum use of the option to join.
