The subject and scope of this tender is the maintenance of the ventilation systems of the municipal ShopVille. The services include, in particular, the performance of inspections and maintenance work as well as fault management in accordance with the requirements of the SLA for the ventilation and air-conditioning systems. The services must be ensured for 365 days a year for 16 hours per day.
