Greece – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Προμήθεια Ειδών Σίτισης Για Την Κάλυψη Των Αναγκών Των Υπηρεσιών Του Δήμου Αγρινίου 2027-2029

The subject of the contract is the supply of foodstuffs to meet the needs of the Services of the Municipality of Agrinio for the period 2027-2029, with a total indicative budget of 1,516,015.56€ including VAT at 13% or 24% depending on the type (1,341,238.91€ excluding VAT) and an anticipated right to a discretionary amount of 103,050.00 Euros plus VAT at 13%, i.e. 116,446.50 Euros. The items to be supplied are classified under the following CPV codes: 15000000-8, 03220000-9, 15110000-2, 15411000-2, 15500000-3, 15811100-7, 15112130-6, 15113000-3, 15115100-8, 15811000-6, 15812000-3, 15810000-9, 15894400-5. The duration of the contract is set for a period of two (2) years, starting on the expiry date of the previous contracts or the date of signature of the contract, whichever is applicable. A detailed description of the physical and economic subject of the contract is given in ANNEX I (No.120/21-10-2026 Study of the Directorate of Financial Services). The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, exclusively based on the price per section of items, which is expressed: A. as the lowest price for the items of the sections of grocery - bakery - dairy products and B. the highest percentage discount (%) for the sections of frozen goods (fish & vegetables) - oils - butcher's goods - fruit and vegetable goods, on the price resulting from the price certification certificate issued by the Trade Department of the Regional Unit of Aetoloakarnania according to the provisions of Article 13 of Law 3438/2006, on the day of delivery. Tenders may be submitted for one or more sections of items, without restriction on the sections that may be awarded to a single bidder, provided that the tender includes all the items referred to in each section.
