Dynamic Procurement System (hereinafter: DPS) for the procurement of approximately 500 dialysis machines and related services for institutions subject to, or voluntarily participating in, the centralised procurement procedure, pursuant to Government Decree 168/2004. (V. 25.) on the centralised procurement system and the tasks and powers of the central procurement body. In the second, tendering phase of the DPS, the minimum quantity of dialysis machines planned to be procured simultaneously is 7 units. The Inviting Party will implement the procurement based on the framework agreement, and the Institution subject to the Government Decree will operate the second tendering phase of the DPS as an electronic process on the Centralised Public Procurement Portal (www.kozbeszerzes.gov.hu; hereinafter: Portal).
