The selected contractor will be entrusted with a basic mission belonging to the category of new building construction operations (in accordance with Article R2431-3 of the Public Procurement Code), extended to execution studies (except for the choice and layout of furniture), as well as the additional missions: diagnostic studies (DIAG) including inventory of existing assets, thermal study, Execution Studies (EXE 2), scheduling, management and coordination (OPC).
