Netherlands – Social work and related services – Dienstverlening statushouders

The objective of this tender is to contract one contractor to provide integral, high-quality and flexible services aimed at social support, financial self-reliance and participation/employment of status holders and integration obligated persons within the municipality of Bergen op Zoom. Additionally, the same contractor will also carry out the participation declaration trajectories. The estimated contract value is € 177,024,- per year, excluding VAT. The maximum total value of this contract is € 1,200,000, excluding VAT, over a period of four (4) years. If, within the maximum duration of four (4) years, this maximum total value is exceeded, the framework agreement will no longer be in effect and the framework agreement will end by operation of law. The municipality will, in that case, re-tender the contract in accordance with the applicable tendering legislation.
