Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements under § 130 a para. 8 SGB V for blood glucose test strips within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Admission or contract conclusion can take place at any time and on the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest start date for the contract is 01.06.2026. The maximum contract duration is 24 months from this date. The contract ends on 31.05.2028, regardless of the start date of the contract. If AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts for the active substances in the form of an Open Procedure during the contract period, the contracts concluded under this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions.
