The City of Mayen plans to construct a replacement sports hall with a canteen and additional classrooms on the grounds of St. Veit Primary School in Mayen. The new building is planned as a multi-storey structure in timber frame or solid timber construction. The planned use is a combination of sports, canteen and school areas. The ground floor will house a single-court sports hall and a canteen, including the necessary ancillary, storage, technical and functional rooms. Both the sports hall and the canteen are planned as large, column-free usage areas and place special demands on the building services and the coordination of the technical systems within the building structure. The first floor will house a gymnastics room with associated ancillary rooms. Classrooms and further educational spaces will be located on the second floor or mezzanine. The roof surfaces are planned as flat roofs with green roofing. Additionally, the installation of a photovoltaic system is planned. The TGA-relevant requirements and interfaces arising from this are described in more detail in section 2.2 of the tender documents (document "LV TGA"). Due to the different usage areas, there are special requirements for the building services. This particularly affects: - heating supply and distribution, - ventilation and air conditioning technology, - drinking water and waste water technology, - electrical power supply, - lighting design, - safety and communication technology, - building automation, - lift installations, - usage-specific systems for canteen, sports and school operations. The planning must adequately take into account the different requirements of the respective usage areas in terms of comfort, operational safety, energy efficiency, sound insulation, maintenance and cost-effectiveness. The special requirements of timber frame or solid timber construction for TGA planning, particularly with regard to coordination, penetration planning, prefabrication and assembly, are described in more detail in section 2.1 of the tender documents (document "LV TGA"). The subject of this tender is exclusively the services of the Technical Building Equipment (TGA) for the planned replacement construction of a sports hall with a canteen and classrooms on the grounds of St. Veit Primary School in Mayen. The services to be awarded include the specialist planning of the Technical Equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI in phases 1 to 9 for plant groups 1 to 8. The services include in particular: • Phase 1 – Preliminary studies • Phase 2 – Preliminary design • Phase 3 – Detailed design • Phase 4 – Approval planning • Phase 5 – Execution planning • Phase 6 – Preparation of tendering • Phase 7 – Assistance in tendering • Phase 8 – Site supervision (construction supervision) • Phase 9 – Project support and documentation The services are to be provided taking into account the special requirements of the multi-storey school and sports hall construction in timber construction as well as the interfaces with building design, structural design, energy consulting, fire protection and sound insulation planning. The award of the engineering services will take place within the framework of a European tender negotiation procedure with a preceding selection competition in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations. The services of structural design will be awarded in a separate tendering procedure and are not part of this tender.
