Short description - Subject of the contract

The School Association Dietenhofen plans to build a new primary school in Dietenhofen on the existing school grounds at Pestalozzistraße 2, as the current pavilion buildings from the 1960s are in need of renovation, not barrier-free and unsuitable for future full-day operation. The new building is planned as a three-storey hybrid structure of solid and timber construction with 13 classrooms and full-day rooms and is to form a new "school campus" in conjunction with the existing buildings (secondary school, swimming hall, sports hall). The basic services of the performance phases 1-9 of the scope of services for technical equipment for the plant groups 1, 2, 3, 8 according to § 55 para. 1 sentence 2 HOAI 2021, Part 4, Section 2 will be awarded in stages. In addition, special services will be awarded. Note: The performance phase 4 (approval planning) will only be commissioned for those systems for which immediate approval is required under public law. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the scope of services accordingly.
