The present contract concerns the acquisition of a high-performance Atomic Force Microscope (AFM). It provides for the supply, installation, commissioning and associated training of a complete AFM system including its application modules, accessories and peripheral equipment as detailed in the specific technical clauses document (CCTP) relating to the present contract.
