It is intended to award the following planning services for the project "Fish Passage Rheinkraftwerk Säckingen" - Preliminary project to execution. The basis for the planning contract to be awarded is the variant study including the associated plans and the project-specific foundations defined therein. The planning service is requested for the approval planning including the construction project. Optionally, the execution planning, execution with construction management and commissioning can be offered. The contractor assumes the function of technical specialist (civil and steel water engineering including railings, grating etc. as well as electrical and control engineering) in the sense of Art. 2.4 of the SIA standard 103/108 including the technical coordination for his entire scope of work. The present invitation to tender comprises the following project phases: ? Preliminary/construction/approval project (sub-phases 31, 1st part of 32 and 33 according to SIA) ? Completion of construction project (2nd part of sub-phase 32 according to SIA) The most economically advantageous tender will be determined according to performance and price criteria. Probable weighting: 70:30 or 60:40 quality/price.
