Poland – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowej dla projektu pn.: „Budowa linii łączącej Bełchatów z linią 131”

The subject of the Contract is the preparation of design documentation for the project entitled: "Construction of the line connecting Bełchatów with line 131". The entire subject of the Contract includes: 1) Basic Scope: Development of a programme-spatial concept taking into account two solution variants: - Variant No. 1 with the inclusion of the northern link between lines LK24 and LK131, - Variant No. 2 without the inclusion of the link; 2) Option Right No. 1: Performance of author's supervision during the execution and acceptance of construction works covered by the prepared design documentation for the basic scope; 3) Option Right No. 2: Preparation of design documentation and obtaining the relevant administrative decisions for the northern link between lines LK24 and LK131; 4) Option Right No. 3: Performance of author's supervision during the execution and acceptance of construction works covered by the design documentation prepared within Option No. 2; 5) Option Right No. 4: Conducting an environmental impact assessment, preparing an Environmental Impact Report and obtaining a DUŚ decision on the Report for railway line No. 24 (including the link); 6) Option Right No. 5: Conducting an environmental impact assessment, preparing an Environmental Impact Report and obtaining a DUŚ decision on the Report for Chorzew Siemkowice station; 7) Option Right No. 6: Providing the Contracting Authority with a licence for the EDMS Platform, enabling proper supervision over the implementation of the Project.
