This contract concerns the editing and dispatch of universal employment service cheques (CESU) and personalised support cheques (CAP) to RSA beneficiaries in the Essonne region who are on an integration pathway or gaining permanent employment as part of the Pack sortie RSA scheme and its associated services. It refers to the CCAG for common supplies and services of 30 March 2021. The chosen form for the execution of the contract is single-provider, with order forms having no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 800 000 euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract, in accordance with Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2° and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a firm period of 48 months from the date of its notification or the date indicated therein.
