Services according to the scope of services for technical installations ELT, plant groups 4 and 5, with phases 1-8 and special services, §§53ff, HOAI 2021. The project involves an extension to the existing Happing primary school (district of Rosenheim) with the construction of a new double gymnasium, as well as the renovation of the existing basement south (conversion of nursery rooms into classrooms). The demolition of the existing gymnasium from the 1970s (non-basemented) requires the involvement of a specialist planner for electrical installations, as there is a technical interconnection between the hall and the school building. To ensure that the ongoing school operations are not disrupted, a concept for electrical separation must be developed as part of the planning.
