Cleaning is an essential service at Brussels Airport due to its great importance for the experience of our passengers. In recent years, it has become clear that the hospitality aspect of cleaning is not just a trend, but a strategic lever to improve both passenger satisfaction and employee engagement. The procurement consists of two lots and aims to conclude a framework agreement with one or two parties. The scope of the future two contracts covers all cleaning activities, including periodic and regular cleaning, specialised cleaning, interventions, interior glass washing, the purchase of consumables, minor repairs, waste management and additional. These activities will be performed by the same party per lot. The difference lies in the zones themselves. When candidates participate in both lots, a synergy proposal will be requested in the tender.
