Germany – Software package and information systems – Microsoft Software Lizenzen im Rahmen eines Enterprise Agreement (EA) Vertrages

The city of Troisdorf (Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia) has concluded an Enterprise Agreement (EA) for the procurement and use of Microsoft licenses, which expires on 31.12.2026. To ensure the seamless continuation of Software Assurance (SA) for the licensed products from 01.01.2027 and to be able to acquire additional Microsoft licenses, the conclusion of a new EA with a Microsoft Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) is necessary. The individual orders within the framework of the new EA will be awarded by the city of Troisdorf for its own needs. As a municipality, the city of Troisdorf is entitled to join an EA under the conditions of the Federal Ministry of the Interior (BMI).
