France – Water distribution and related services – Concession de service public d'eau potable

The subject of this consultation is to designate the future concessionaire of the public water supply service of the Syndicat Intercommunal des Eaux de la Région de Sennecey-Le-Grand, as of 1 September 2027. This procedure is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the 3rd part of the Code de la Commande Publique relating to concession contracts and to the articles L1411-1 and following and R1411-1 and following of the Code Général des Collectivités territoriales. The procedure is an open procedure: candidates are informed that they will have to submit their tender dossiers and their offers simultaneously. The tender and offer dossiers must be sent in compliance with the requirements set out in the Règlement de la consultation.
