Swedac intends to procure a modern payroll system to support the authority's payroll and personnel administration. The system should, among other things, support payroll calculation, payroll review, working hours, expenses and travel, reporting, and self-service for employees and managers. The procurement will be conducted as a negotiated procedure with prior publication. Swedac intends to invite three suppliers to submit tenders in the next step and then conclude a contract with one supplier. The expected go-live date is November 2027.
