The subject of the contract is the supply of supplementary personal protective equipment and protective equipment for members of the rescEU DSIM Poland module, divided into 3 parts as specified in point 3.2. The subject of the contract must be executed within the scope and in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ, in particular in Annexes 1A, 1B and 1C to it entitled: "Description of the Subject of the Contract" (hereinafter also referred to as "DSC") and in accordance with the applicable regulations. Detailed requirements for the execution of the contract are also specified in Annex 7 to the SWZ entitled: "Draft Contract Terms" (hereinafter also referred to as "DCT"). 3. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 parts: Part 1: Supply of protective equipment; Part 2: Supply of footwear; Part 3: Supply of personal protective equipment. 4. The contracting authority requires the contractor to provide a warranty and a retention period (the retention period will be equal to the warranty period) of: Part 1: at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract by the contracting authority; Part 2: at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract by the contracting authority; Part 3: at least 24 months from the date of acceptance of the subject of the contract by the contracting authority. The detailed warranty conditions required are included in the DCT. Offers with a warranty period shorter than that required by the contracting authority will be rejected as non-compliant with the SWZ requirements.
