Services for communication ATN over VDLM2 for airline clients of the CSP SITA

In the framework of the European Regulation IR DLS 292009, the DSNA must provide airlines with a service based on data exchanges between pilots and air traffic controllers (the so-called CPDLC service). These exchanges are supported by an air-ground communications infrastructure based on "wireless" technology.
