Netherlands – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – IT Partnerschap en Broker Inhuur IT

The Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education and Business (SBB) intends to conclude, through this procurement, a framework agreement for plots 1 to 3, with a maximum of 2 contractors per plot for IT services in the field of technical infrastructure, applications and development, and data and integration. For plot 4, SBB wishes to conclude a framework agreement with 1 contractor for brokerage services relating to other IT functions. All companies that meet the requirements are invited to submit a registration. This can be done independently, as a consortium and/or by involving third parties and/or subcontractors. The total contract is estimated at €20,000,000 for a period of 4 years for all plots. See the selection guide for the estimated size per plot. The above-mentioned size is only intended as an indication. The contractor can derive no rights from this in any way. The Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education and Business has no obligation to purchase and does not give a turnover guarantee. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement will be €36,500,000. Once this value is reached, the framework agreement will be terminated and a new procurement will be issued.
