Greece – Repair and maintenance services of boilers – ΕΠΙΣΚΕΥΗ - ΣΥΝΤΗΡΗΣΗ & ΑΝΤΙΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΕΞΑΡΤΗΜΑΤΩΝ ΣΕ ΚΑΥΣΤΗΡΕΣ - ΛΕΒΗΤΕΣ ΚΤΗΡΙΩΝ & ΣΧΟΛΕΙΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΠΕΙΡΑΙΑ

The subject of the contract is the maintenance and repair, as well as the installation of spare parts if required, of the oil or natural gas boilers and burners of specific structures under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Piraeus for the years 2026-2027-2028-2029 and includes the following:

• Annual or monthly, as required, maintenance and adjustment of burners and boilers with the issuance of a maintenance and adjustment sheet for the heating installations of buildings and water.

• The restoration of unforeseen damages including spare parts for which malfunction is detected and replacement is deemed necessary, in order to ensure the smooth and safe operation of each boiler room, as well as the entire central heating installation of each building.
