The planned construction project "Am Westerberg II" is located in the district of Ober-Ingelheim, situated on the streets "Ohrenbrücke", "Hinter der Ohrenbrücke" and "Im Rheinweg". The planning area is within the scope of the land-use plan "Ohrenbrücke II" of the city of Ingelheim am Rhein. The subject of this tender are the planning services for the technical equipment according to § 53 ff. HOAI for the following plant groups:

- Plant Group 1: Sewage, water and gas systems,

- Plant Group 2: Heating systems with defined interface,

- Plant Group 3: Ventilation systems.

The basis for the overall planning are:

- The established land-use plan "Ohrenbrücke II",

- The WBI construction and equipment description as well as the WBI project specifications,

- The planning standard "Green Infrastructure",

- The already available, conceptual basic concept of the client (part of the tender documents),

- Water management accompanying plan.
