France – Cleaning services – PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE ET D'ENTRETIEN MENAGER DES BATIMENTS UNIVERSITAIRES

The framework agreement concerns cleaning and maintenance services for the university buildings of the CAMVS. The context, services and their technical specifications are indicated in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP). The consultation is conducted following the Open Procedure for Competitive Bidding defined in Articles R.2124-1, R.2124-2, R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract also includes a framework agreement with purchase orders for each lot, executed in application of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of 120,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
