The estimated value of the total contract (contracts) amounts to 347,539.63 € including VAT (budget excluding VAT: 285,459.70 €). The contract may be amended during its term, without requiring a new contract award procedure, only in accordance with the terms and conditions of Article 132 of Law 4412/2016 and following the opinion of the competent authority. The duration of the contract is set for one year or until the amount is exhausted if this occurs earlier. A detailed description of the physical and economic object of the contract is given in APPENDIX I (TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION – TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS) & APPENDIX II (ESTIMATED BUDGET) of this notice. The contract will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous tender, based on the price of the total supply.
