Due to the dilapidated condition, existing maintenance backlog, and long-term weather influences, urgent safeguarding and restoration measures are absolutely necessary for the abbey ruin. Initially, services in phases 1-3 according to §51 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 14, No. 14.1 will be awarded. Subsequently, phases 5-6 can be awarded optionally. Additionally, special services and, if necessary, phase 4 can be commissioned optionally. The commissioning will be carried out in stages.
