In accordance with the Occupational Risk Prevention legislation, the employer (Manager of the Emergency Consortium) is obligated to implement an organization responsible for managing and developing preventive activities. The objective is to effectively protect the workers of the Gran Canaria Emergency Consortium (hereinafter CEGC) in terms of safety and health. The purpose of this contract is to manage the corresponding obligation of this Administration in terms of worker protection through the adoption of the preventive modality of external prevention service (hereinafter SPA). For this reason, it is necessary to contract an SPA in the specialties required by occupational risk prevention legislation.
