Poland – Postal services – Świadczenie na rzecz Mazowieckiego Urzędu Wojewódzkiego usług pocztowych w obrocie krajowym i zagranicznym

The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services for domestic and international mail and parcels on behalf of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Office in Warsaw, including its Delegations - Out-of-Town Offices of the MUW, and in particular: collection, acceptance, movement and delivery of postal items, as well as the return of items to the Contracting Authority after the exhaustion of the possibilities of their delivery. The OPZ is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the PPU, which constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
