Description

The subject of the procedure is the award of services for the planning of traffic facilities according to § 47 HOAI and the planning of engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI for the purpose of implementing the project "Rainwater management in the Pulverdamm settlement area in the Rietberg district". The hydraulic calculation of the drainage facilities, including the preparation of the required flooding proof according to DIN1986, will be awarded as a special service within the framework of the planning of traffic facilities and engineering structures. The contractor will assume the following responsibilities for the hydraulic calculation of the drainage facilities, including the preparation of the required flooding proof according to DIN1986: - determining the relevant catchment areas, runoff coefficients and design rainfall, - the hydraulic calculation and dimensioning of the required drainage facilities, taking into account the existing drainage situation, including existing connection and discharge possibilities as well as existing and planned sealed surfaces, roof surfaces and external facilities, - determining the required retention, storage and infiltration volumes, - preparing the flooding proof according to DIN1986, including the representation of the relevant drainage and flooding paths in the event of heavy rain or overloading of the drainage systems, - developing and evaluating suitable measures for the harmless retention, drainage or infiltration of rainwater, - graphical and numerical documentation of the calculation results and design bases. In addition, on-site construction supervision will be awarded as a special service within the framework of the planning of traffic facilities and engineering structures. The contractor will assume the following responsibilities for on-site construction supervision: - plausibility check of the surveying, - monitoring the execution of the construction work: • assisting in the briefing of the contractor on the construction project (construction kick-off meeting), • monitoring the execution of the object for compliance with the documents released for execution, the construction contract and the requirements of the client, • checking and evaluating the justification of additional work, • carrying out or initiating control checks, • monitoring the rectification of defects identified during the acceptance of the services, • documenting the construction progress, - assisting with the measurement with the executing companies and checking the measurements, - assisting with official acceptances, - assisting with the acceptance of services and deliveries, - checking invoices, comparing the results of the invoice checks with the contract sum, - assisting with monitoring the testing of the functionality of the plant components and the entire plant, - monitoring the execution of load-bearing structures according to Annex 14.2 Fee Zone I and II with very low and low planning requirements for compliance with the proof of structural safety. Regular, at least weekly, on-site meetings for on-site construction supervision plus the necessary preparation and follow-up will be required. In addition, the surveying and the preparation of the as-built documentation will be awarded as special services within the framework of the planning of traffic facilities and engineering structures. The contractor will assume the following responsibilities for the surveying and the preparation of the as-built documentation as part of the basic investigation: - procuring and compiling the required cadastral documents, including checking and incorporating them into the planning bases. - carrying out a topographic survey of the existing traffic facilities, including recording the relevant terrain points, carriageways, footpaths and cycle paths, kerbs and edge enclosures as well as other planning-relevant existing elements in terms of position and height. - carrying out a topographic survey of the existing and accessible drainage facilities and channels in terms of position and height, including recording the visible manhole structures and relevant fittings. Comparison with the existing channel as-built documentation. - compiling and evaluating the pipeline as-built plans provided by the responsible supply and disposal companies. Incorporating the existing supply and disposal lines into the as-built documentation, taking into account the available as-built data. - preparing a georeferenced digital as-built plan as a basis for the further planning services. The as-built plan contains the recorded local as-built situations as well as the available cadastral, channel and pipeline information. - plausibility check and merging of the different as-built data into a uniform planning basis. The project includes, among other things, the renovation of the underground and above-ground discharge of rainwater, the removal of sealing of existing partial areas and footpaths, the infiltration on site, as well as better greening. The location of the project is in the "Pulverdamm" settlement area in the Rietberg district. Further information on the subject of the contract can be found in Annex B.1 (Project Description).
