Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – TNW_Arch_Landkreis Regensburg_Neubau Schulgebäude Realschule Regenstauf

The district of Regensburg plans the new construction of the school building of the Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf to accommodate increasing student numbers and to remedy the functional and structural deficiencies of the existing building. The new construction is to be connected to the existing canteen building and the sports facilities. Planned is a sustainable, barrier-free school building with a particular focus on quality of stay, the use of wood as a building material and CO2-neutral energy supply. The following services are to be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 4-9 for building and interior design according to § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021

- SiGeKo services according to § 8.1 of the HAV-KOM contract

- Special services

Note: Performance phase 7 (involvement in the awarding process) will be evaluated at 3%, as the dispatch of the tender documents and the receipt of the offers will be handled via the tendering office of the district of Regensburg.
