Iceland – Street-lighting maintenance services – Street lighting maintenance and service in Gardabaer Iceland

Gardabaer Municipality seeks offers for the procurement of maintenance services for the municipal street lighting system. The maintenance services is for street lighting within the municipality, covering areas serviced by both HS Veitur and Veitur utilities. The street lighting network consists of distribution cabinets, underground cables, poles, and lamps, as well as lighting systems in underpasses and related infrastructure within the municipal boundaries. The infrastructure currently comprises approximately 6,000 municipality-owned lamps and 5,900 poles (with roughly 25% of poles exceeding a height of 6.3 meters). The system integrates with 53 service connection cabinets equipped with relevant protection and control gear, alongside 39 branch cabinets.
