The purpose of the framework agreement is the procurement of various medicines for a period of 24 months, for the good functioning of the Orasenesc Panciu Hospital, in accordance with the quantities provided in the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the framework agreement are in accordance with the terms of reference. The maximum and minimum quantities related to the subsequent contracts are in accordance with the terms of reference. The estimated minimum and maximum value of the framework agreement for each lot is as provided in section II.2. The estimated minimum and maximum value of the subsequent contract for each lot is as provided in section II.2. The estimated value of the framework agreement, excluding VAT: between 2,311,884.64 and 9,246,453.50 Currency: RON Frequency and value of the contracts to be awarded: The quantities provided in the terms of reference are indicative and do not constitute a contractual obligation. These quantities have been estimated based on the average consumption of previous years. Subsequent contracts will be concluded monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or whenever a new need arises, the monetary amounts of each subsequent contract will be set according to the needs that are the subject of the contract and the financial resources that the contracting authority has at its disposal. Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are addressed within the period provided for in section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
