The services required for the maintenance of the SAP ERP and SAP IS-U systems within the scope of the Purchaser's systems are being procured, including corrective maintenance, user support, operational support, including the administration of the SAP server infrastructure, system improvements, evolutionary maintenance and specialized support and assistance activities for the SAP systems. The contracting entity will clearly respond to all requests for clarification or additional information on the 11th day, before the deadline for submitting participation requests, in accordance with Article 173(1) of Law 99/2016, as subsequently amended. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting participation requests/offers: 19 days. Any requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be submitted in the SAP ARIBA Procurement System. The consolidated response to any requests for clarification regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP.
