Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarung nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu biosimilaren Wirkstoffen

Section 130a (8) SGB V enables health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate agreements for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as the Society for Economy and Quality with KK according to Section 130a (8) Sentence 5 SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. In view of the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures takes place according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB by the GWQ ServicePlus AG. The contract start date is 01.10.2026.
