The La Poste Group Institute is one of the 3 internal training bodies of the La Poste Group. It manages its training through the learning management system LMS Cornerstone (CSOD), known internally as Maformation. The Group Institute, via Maformation, delivers training on several themes and in several modalities (face-to-face, virtual classroom, online...). The Group Institute manages the digital learning offer, which consists of a library of off-the-shelf online training courses provided by an external service provider via a third-party platform. Thus, all La Poste Group employees can freely follow various modules (notably digital, AI, security, compliance, CSR, management, soft skills...) via CSOD-Maformation- with SSO authentication. La Poste is looking to renew the off-the-shelf training catalogue and is therefore looking for a service provider able to provide an off-the-shelf training catalogue via a platform interfaced with the LMS Maformation. Consumption on the new external platform must be automatically integrated into the LMS Maformation, for each La Poste Group employee. The processing of La Poste's personal data, including hosting, backup and/or consultation, must be located within the European Union (EU), a European Economic Area (EEA) country, or a country recognised as adequate by the European Union. The consultation file that will be sent to the selected service providers will specify the elements related to this requirement.
