The Town of Lancy wishes to proceed with extension, renovation and transformation work on the Tivoli school complex, including its covered playground, located at 15 Chemin Fief-de-Chapitre in Petit-Lancy (hereinafter the Project). Indeed, the municipality must be able to meet the growing needs of the increasing Lancy population, the requirements of the DIP, the objectives of reducing the effects of urban heat islands in its covered playgrounds and the necessary renovation of its school complexes. The subject of the present contract concerns the award of a mandate to an architect acting as a general planner, a heating, ventilation, sanitation and regulation engineer, and finally a civil engineer for the design and implementation of the Project.
