Poland – Services provided by nurses – Zatrudnienie w ramach umowy cywilnoprawnej pielęgniarek w Oddziałach Szpitalnych

The subject of the contract is the provision of nursing services by nurses in the organisational units of Szpital Wolski from 1 January to 31 December 2027, in accordance with the needs of the units and the service schedules. Detailed requirements regarding qualifications and contract performance, separate for each task, are specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ. Other rules for service provision are specified in the contract project constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. Note: In the case of persons holding citizenship of another country, the Contractor submits with the tender a declaration that the person indicated for contract performance has the required qualifications and resides in the territory of Poland and performs work legally in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Contracting Authority does not require documents confirming the legality of stay or the legality of employment at the tender submission stage. These documents are submitted exclusively to the personnel department of the Contracting Authority after the tender is selected and before the commencement of service provision.
