Description

The uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems in MAVIR Zrt.'s telecommunications facilities are custom-built to meet individual needs, ensuring the safety and continuity of the power supply. The fundamental reason for the custom design was to maintain full modularity, which, in addition to holistic planning, ensures that the evolving and developing platform systems do not reduce the usability of the uninterruptible power sources. In addition to platform independence, a fundamental requirement is the possibility of plastic performance expansion, thus meeting the extremely fast and constantly changing information and communication needs. Considering redundancy, the current parallel 2x 19" 47U high rack cabinets built hotswap Gamatronic SC1-UDC+ charging controller and Gamatronic HPSuV 48V-33A LLC-N 50/60 type devices provide the 48V DC voltage. The sites require an increase in battery capacity, which is currently only possible by placing additional racks or battery holders, which in many cases cannot be solved due to lack of space, and the procurement, installation and connection of the racks incur additional costs. In addition, when increasing the number of batteries, weight increase must also be taken into account, which in some cases may require static calculations. 1.) Equipment to be procured The references to specific services in the procurement documents were made solely to clearly and generally define the nature of the subject, and tenders can be submitted for the prescribed services or those technically equivalent to them. The reference to "or technically equivalent" must always be understood to be included. Charging controller and charging slot for the 22-24 unit spaces: - 44x DC 48V 12kW power hot swap shelf charging controller and charging slot (19" wide and maximum 3 units high) - 10x DC 48V 24kW power hot swap shelf charging controller and charging slot (19" wide and maximum 4 units high) - The rear fixed busbar connector distribution of the charging controller and charging slot hot swap shelves must match the currently configured Gamatronic charging slots (e.g. ENETEK Modulflex family or technically equivalent devices.) Internal copper conductors in the rack and additional connection points may not be modified. - The charging controller must communicate with the batteries, thereby optimizing the charging process of the batteries and increasing their lifespan. - The charging controller and charging slot must have overvoltage protection. - The status of the DC 48V power supply system must be remotely monitored online via SNMP. - The DC 48V power supply system must be able to send SNMP trap messages in case of faults, which must be compatible with the MAVIR Zabbix system. Batteries for the 32-47 unit spaces - 90x 19" wide maximum 4 units high DC 48V minimum 100Ah or up to 20% larger capacity lithium-iron-phosphate battery pack (LFP or LiFePo) The weight of one battery pack must not exceed 65kg. - 40x 19" wide maximum 4 units high DC 48V minimum 150Ah or up to 20% larger capacity lithium-iron-phosphate battery pack (LFP or LiFePo) The weight of one battery pack must not exceed 90kg. 2.) Installation activity conditions The contractor will replace the above equipment at 27 locations for MAVIR (at various points in the country). The work duration must not exceed 2x8 hours, and only one uninterruptible power supply cabinet can be de-energized at a time. The persons performing the work must provide an external 48V DC uninterruptible power source for the equipment during the de-energization period. A minimum of 2 persons experienced in 48V DC uninterruptible power supply installation and with FAM training in specialist services are required for the work. 3.) Warranty conditions For charging controllers and charging slots, the expected warranty period is a minimum of 24 months after proof of performance. For batteries, the expected warranty period is a minimum of 48 months after proof of performance. 4.) Performance deadlines 1st phase: Delivery of equipment performance deadline: 3 months from the date of the contract coming into force. (Early completion is allowed) 2nd phase: Performance deadline for installation tasks and training: 2 months from the handover of the 1st phase (Early completion is allowed) 5.) Training and documentation The installer must train the MAVIR AHO site/service staff (up to 10 persons) in operation and equipment configuration. MAVIR employees must be able to perform tasks beyond module-level failures, even at the system level, hardware expansion of the power supply system and the associated software settings. The training should primarily be carried out on-site at the installation sites, and online training is possible for software settings if necessary. The following training sessions will be conducted as part of the training (maximum 5 days duration): - Commissioning, on-site (on-site) training - Maintenance training - Operation training - Safety training - Software and system integration training After installation, the following documentation is required: - Implementation documentation, including the power cabinet block diagram, single-line connection diagrams and cabling plans; - Technical description, including the system structure, operation and main technical data, type of built-in devices and factory identifiers; - Operating and maintenance manual, including detailed maintenance tasks and cycles; - Factory documentation, data sheets, conformity (CE) certificates; - Software documentation and configuration backups, license keys, communication settings for the devices; - VBF protocol after installation.
