Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V mit dem Wirkstoff Budesonid in der Darreichungsform HKM

Section 130a, paragraph 8, SGB V enables health insurance funds (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework rebate contracts for medicines to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory KK. The GWQ acts as a society for economy and quality with KK according to Section 130a, paragraph 8, sentence 5, SGB V for its shareholder and customer funds. With regard to the relevant legal provisions for the award of public contracts, a regular process of substance-related, formal tendering procedures takes place according to the regulations of Part 4 of the GWB by the GWQ ServicePlus AG. Until the entry into force of new pharmaceutical rebate contracts, the GWQ wishes to conclude pharmaceutical rebate contracts with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contract start date is 01.03.2026.
