The subject of the current public procurement is supply and training. 1. The supply includes a high-precision pneumatic pressure controller to ensure the calibration and verification procedures of high-accuracy working pressure measurement instruments at “Kozloduy NPP” EAD (digital pressure calibrators – working standards, accuracy class 0.02 and coarser). The controller will be used as a reference standard and is necessary to replace the old reference standards, which have been in use since 2002, and to create automated workstations in the Pressure, Flow and Level Measurement Laboratory. The scope of supply includes - 1 unit high-precision pneumatic controller with the following technical characteristics: - Automatic generation and control of pressure from minus 1 bar to 100 bar (-15 to 1500 psi); - Accuracy up to 0.01% FS; - Control stability ≤ 0.003% FS; - Dual-channel; - Three built-in interchangeable pressure sensors with Plug-and-Play function, providing the following ranges: - From minus 1 to 3÷3.5 bar; - From 0 to 20÷25 bar; - From 0 to 60÷80 bar. - RS-232, USB and Ethernet communication interface; - Software for processing calibration results and generating a certificate – must be compatible with MS Windows; - Fast connection port for connecting the calibrated measurement instrument with a set of elements for connecting to the controller. 2. Training and qualification of “Kozloduy NPP” EAD personnel. It is necessary to train the personnel of “Kozloduy NPP” EAD, who will perform metrological verification and calibration with the pneumatic controller. The training is conducted by representatives of the Contractor after commissioning in Bulgarian. The Contractor will provide translation or cover the costs of translation if the training is in a language other than Bulgarian. The Contractor will provide the Beneficiary with all materials from the conducted training. The training ends with a document certifying the participants' eligibility to work with the equipment. The training is organized and conducted in accordance with the established procedure at “Kozloduy NPP” EAD. Offers are requested for purchase.
