The contract includes at least: • Provision of a WOZ valuation application; • Hosting and technical management of the application; • Implementation and setup of the application; • Migration and conversion of existing data; • Provision of training and instructions; • User and administrative support; • Maintenance, updates and further development; • Realisation and maintenance of necessary links with municipal systems and relevant national facilities; • Support during the contract period. The scope also includes the necessary work to ensure a controlled transition from the current to the new situation. The WOZ administration of the Contracting Authority currently comprises approximately 15,800 objects. This includes both residential and non-residential properties, including, among others, agricultural properties, building and storage plots, dormant properties and exempt properties. The stated number is indicative. The agreement comes into effect on 1 January 2027. The actual delivery of the services begins on 1 July 2027. The period between 1 January 2027 and 1 July 2027 is considered the implementation and transition period, during which the contractor will make the necessary preparations to fully operate the service from 1 July 2027. The agreement runs until 31 December 2030, with an option for unilateral extension by us of five (5) times one (1) year. The WOZ administration of the Contracting Authority currently comprises approximately 15,800 objects. This includes both residential and non-residential properties, including, among others, agricultural properties, building and storage plots, dormant properties and exempt properties. The stated number is indicative and may change during the term of the agreement as a result of changes in the property administration.
