Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Abschluss nicht-exklusiver Rabattvereinbarungen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V (Open-House-Modell)

The subject of this publication is the conclusion of agreements pursuant to Section 130a, Paragraph 8, SGB V for finished medicinal products with various active substances or active substance combinations within the framework of a so-called "Open-House Model". Membership or the conclusion of a contract can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.03.2026. Based on this, the maximum contract duration is 24 months. The contract ends on 29.02.2028, regardless of the contract start date. If, during the contract period, AOK Hessen conducts a tender for exclusive contracts in the form of an Open Procedure for the active substances, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. The lot for the medicinal product with the active substance Etanercept will be cancelled with immediate effect as of 30.06.2026. Membership or the conclusion of a contract will no longer be possible. Already concluded contracts with the contracting partners will be terminated. A new publication for the active substance Etanercept has already taken place on 18.05.2026.
