Poland – Water meters – Efektywna infrastruktura zbiorowego zaopatrzenia w wodę na terenie Gminy Lipno

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, implementation and commissioning of infrastructure elements serving to improve the efficiency of collective water supply in the area of the Gmina Lipno, including the replacement of water meters with the installation of remote reading modules and the implementation of tools supporting the management of the water supply network. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the list of the subject matter constituting the annexes to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority envisages the implementation of the project, including in particular: the replacement of water meters and the installation of radio modules, the implementation of a remote reading system, the acquisition of data for the GIS system, the implementation of GIS, the construction and calibration of a hydraulic model and the performance of measurements and related works on the network, including GPS measurements and the entry of changes into the GIS. The replacement and installation of ground hydrants and valves on the water supply network at points agreed with the Contracting Authority. 4. Requirements for the Contractor: 1) Provide at least: a) 72 months of quality guarantee for radio modules, b) 24 months of quality guarantee for water meters, c) 36 months of quality guarantee for other elements of the telemetry infrastructure, 2) Agree to accept the warranty conditions on the terms of the Contracting Authority specified in § 9 of the contract template attached to the SWZ, 3) During the implementation of the subject of the contract, it will be obliged to submit a report on the physical progress of the work by the 15th day of each month following the reporting month. 5. Method of contract execution 1. During the warranty period, all repair costs of the subject of supply and the costs of travel/transport to an authorized service, if the repair cannot be carried out on site, are covered by the Contractor. 2. Equipment failures will be eliminated by the Contractor within 7 working days from the written notification by the Contracting Authority. 3. The Contractor will supply the Contracting Authority with approximately 0.5% of all devices as a buffer in case of failure (the quantity indicated in the contract). 4. The Contractor is obliged, at its own cost, to train the Contracting Authority's operating and maintenance staff and to issue a certificate of their training. 5. The basis for the acceptance of the subject of the contract is a written, unconditional acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract signed without reservations by the representatives of the parties to the contract. 6. The Contracting Authority does not require a site visit, but requires the Contractor to obtain, at its own risk and responsibility, all additional information that may be necessary for the preparation of the offer and the conclusion of the contract and the execution of the contract.
