The supply of sanitary materials, in accordance with the terms of reference, through the award of a centralised framework agreement with the economic operators whose admissible tenders are ranked in the first 3 places in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the award criterion mentioned in point II.2.5 of the procurement data sheet. Subsequent contracts will be awarded by each beneficiary, in part, with the economic operator declared the winner, for the quantities requested by the respective user. Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days. The Contracting Authority will clearly respond to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with the deadline set in OUG 107/2017. In the present award procedure, the application of the IPI (International Procurement Instrument) measures is required, given that the estimated aggregated value exceeds the threshold set out in Article 6(4) of Regulation (EU) 2022/1031 (namely 5,000,000 EUR for goods), but also in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2025/1197, corroborated with Directive 2014/24/EU.
