The subject of the public procurement is the provision of mobile and fixed operator services – ensuring mobile electronic communication services for the central contracting authority and further for the contracting authorities instructed by the central contracting authority, who have concluded a contract for centralized procurement with the central contracting authority, and ensuring fixed electronic communication services for the central contracting authority.
