Norway – Repair and maintenance services of firefighting equipment – 2026/4185 Framework agreement for inspections, service and maintenance of fire protection equipment and fire technical installations on properties in ROMERIKE, FOLLO and ØSTFOLD.

Statsbygg requests tender offers on two different framework agreements for inspections, service, replacement and repairs of fire technical installations and equipment at Statsbygg ́s properties in Romerike, Follo and Østfold. The procurement is divided into two unique sub-contracts: Sub-contract A: Framework agreement for annual inspections of manual extinguishing equipment, including hand extinguishers and fire hoses, as well as the accompanying replacement and improvements to defective equipment. The lot also includes the mentioned special installations, such as INERGEN and different types of kitchen extinguishing installations, as well as guiding lights, marking etc. Work that requires an authorised electrical installer or plumbing is not included in the contract. Sub-contract B: Framework agreement for annual inspections of smoke hatches and fire curtains, including function control, testing and necessary improvements. Work that requires an authorised electrical installer is not included in the contract. One framework agreement will be signed per sub-contract, with one tenderer for each discipline. Tenderers can choose to submit tender offers on one or more contracts, but separate contracts will be signed for each sub-contract.
