The Messe Essen GmbH is inviting tenders for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of freight forwarding and trade fair logistics services for the operation of events on the premises of the Messe Essen. The subject of the contract is, in particular, trade fair logistics services including check-in and access management, storage and empty goods logistics, forklift and crane services, customs clearance, as well as the provision and rental of logistics equipment. The contract also includes the provision of an IT-supported system for the implementation of check-in and time slot management. The services are to be provided for the regular operation, as well as the setup, dismantling and event operation of the Messe Essen.
