Romania – Urban development construction work – ”Regenerarea urbană a carteierelor de locuințe în municipiul Alexandria” , finantat prin Programul Regional Sud -Muntenia 2021-2027, Prioritatea 6, SMIS 330511

Through this contract, the contracting authority wishes to acquire works for the implementation of the investment objective "Urban regeneration of residential areas in the municipality of Alexandria". The project aims to enhance existing urban assets and improve the attractiveness of urban residential areas through integrated investments, consisting of the urban regeneration of the infrastructure of the blocks located between București, Libertății, Agricultori and Negru Vodă streets in the municipality of Alexandria. The main works consist of: • rehabilitation of road and pedestrian infrastructure (roadways and pedestrian walkways); • rehabilitation of site infrastructure, through the rehabilitation of networks related to public utility services (public lighting, water supply, sewerage and rainwater drainage); • refurbishment of utility connections (water, sewer, electrical supply); • rehabilitation of household waste collection infrastructure; • provision and installation of urban furniture; • demolition of structures in an advanced state of degradation; • landscaping of green spaces; • playgrounds; • video surveillance system; • Smart City system; • ensuring specific equipment for access for people with disabilities to public services. Fire safety, occupational health and safety measures will be ensured in accordance with the applicable regulations for both the landscaped urban spaces and all users of the landscaped urban space. No distinction, exclusion, or restriction will be made between persons of the female and male gender. All requirements of the applicable legislation in the field of construction will be respected. Works will be executed in accordance with the attached technical documentation. The total estimated value of the procurement is 36,833,866.93 (excluding VAT), of which: • LOT 1 – 3 neighbourhoods from the NORTH zone, value 16,388,817.36 lei (excluding VAT) representing • Connection costs (chap.2): 75,000.00 lei, excluding VAT; • Construction and installations (subchap.4.1): 15,187,336.24 lei, excluding VAT, • Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment (subchap.4.2): 250,901.38 lei, excluding VAT, • Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly (subchap.4.3): 709,083.48 lei, excluding VAT; • Site organisation (subchap.5.5.1): 166,496.26 lei, excluding VAT. • LOT 2 – 3 neighbourhoods from the SOUTH zone, value 20,445,049.57 lei (excluding VAT), representing • Connection costs (chap.2): 75,000.00 lei, excluding VAT; • Construction and installations (subchap.4.1): 19,682,799.69 lei, excluding VAT, • Assembly of machinery, technological and functional equipment (subchap.4.2): 198,388.54 lei, excluding VAT, • Machinery, technological and functional equipment requiring assembly (subchap.4.3): 302,183.00 lei, excluding VAT, • Site organisation (subchap.5.5.1): 186,678.34 lei, excluding VAT. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to all clarifications on the twelfth (12) day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
