France – Damage or loss insurance services – Prestations nécessaires à la souscription d’une assurance Dommages Ouvrage et Tous Risques Chantier dans le cadre de l’opération de Reconstruction du CH de la Roche aux Fées à Janzé (35)

Services required for the subscription of a Decennial Liability and All Risks Construction insurance policy as part of the reconstruction operation of the CH de la Roche aux Fées in Janzé (35). In order to implement a common and graduated public patient care strategy, with the aim of ensuring equal access to secure and quality care, the participating institutions form a Hospital Grouping for the Territory (GHT). In accordance with Decree No. 2016-524 of 27 April 2016 relating to hospital groupings for the territory and Decree No. 2017-701 of 2 May 2017 relating to the implementation of the activities, functions and missions mentioned in Article L. 6132-3 of the Public Health Code, within the hospital groupings for the territory, a constitutive convention was signed on 30 June 2016. It designates the Rennes University Hospital as the support institution of the GHT « Haute-Bretagne ». This GHT is composed of the following institutions: - the RENNES UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL, - the BROCELIANDE HOSPITAL CENTRE, - the FOUGERES HOSPITAL CENTRE, - the REDON-CARENTOIR INTERCOMMUNAL HOSPITAL CENTRE, - the SIMONE VEIL HOSPITAL CENTRE (VITRE), - the LA GUERCHE DE BRETAGNE HOSPITAL CENTRE, - the MARCHES DE BRETAGNE HOSPITAL CENTRE, - the LA ROCHE AUX FEES HOSPITAL CENTRE (JANZE), - the GUILLAUME REGNIER HOSPITAL CENTRE. Only the following institution is concerned by the present public contract: the LA ROCHE AUX FEES HOSPITAL CENTRE (JANZE). Thus, the Rennes University Hospital is entrusted with the function of ensuring, on behalf of the participating institution, the award of the public contract as well as certain missions related to its execution (decision to renew, conclusion of an amendment, decision to terminate). The specific features of the participating institution are specified in the contract documents. All other missions of the execution phase of public contracts fall under the responsibility of the participating institution. The execution of the public contract covers its financial regime (the possible use of subcontracting, the management and issuance of orders placed under the public contracts, the verification of the service provided, the payment, the payment of advances and interim payments, the liquidation and payment of invoices, …).
