Subject of the contract is the purchase of platform software, software licenses, support services, related services (e.g. cloud services) and hardware. DNS is intended for licenses and services provided by the company IBM or equivalent, such as in the areas of automation, analytics, databases, security, storage, cognitive solutions tools and others. The aim of establishing DNS is to create a platform for state and public administration for tendering contracts in DNS in order to enable public procurers and procurers to tender flexibly in accordance with the law on public procurement according to their real needs, i.e. in terms of time and scope, which is known to them and at the same time from the level of the state license manager to centrally control and monitor the purchase of licenses by individual controlled entities.
